Do Paypal know your IP like eBay do?

Ive followed the book, but one thing i have to know, do paypal keep tabs on your IP like eBay do?

Or will i have to log into my paypal at the library like i do with my eBay

paypal have same security system as ebay. they can track your ip and every website you visit. best go to library or clear out your visible cookies and change ip. also run firefox and set it to maximum security. best wishes. x

PayPal is supposed to do more IP logging than eBay. I personally am against a public library. Firstly, it's usually an hour or two wait and then 15 minutes at a time and if you have a lot of work to do, it's bad. Then it's annoying to have to drive over there each time. In addition, your IP will get linked to others who use the library. It's better to simply pay for an additional dialup ISP that gives you a different range.
