Default what's the point of business paypal?
read post another forum saying if you upgrade to business account, it's less likey they will ask for social security number and tax info?

how to prevent being asked for that ?

You can't prevent PP from doing anything IF they want.

I use multiple accounts and spread sales to keep below the ID request radar...
