Weird Question

I currently live in Ireland, Selling on ebay.co.uk is alot better than ebay.ie, is it possible to setup a ebay and paypal account have it linked to a irish stealth address and a uk stealth address meaning, i would be able to have a Irish bank account linked to it.

You can already link Ulster bank to a UK PayPal account....
