Today i've got a message from Paypal :

Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

I have a question!

My Paypal account is stealth. I just have VBA in my account...
How i could grab my money? what i need to do?

Is it possible to register prepaid card for ANOTHER name and withdraw funds?
Is it possible to ask smbdy (friend in US) to link his bank account to get funds?

DOES IT WORK ???

I've never been in the 180 day hold situation before... but from reading the forum for many months I'm certain that all you have to do is connect another real bank account info and you should withdrawal easily

Even if the name is mismatch?

Most banks don't care about mix names... BOA, Chase, Wells fargo, etc..

If you have a bank account already use the savings account that came with it so you do not have to open a brand new one.

Most prepaid cards are already blacklisted by paypal not to mention require your SSN to activate.
An actual bank account is required to do this properly.
2 Things:
1. If youre not in the US change your flag. Makes it easier for us to help when we don't get mislead as to where youre at and need to guess at it.
2. You mention you have a friend who can help. Is this friend in the US?

I have been in a similar situation before. You have two options

1. Add real bank account and withdraw (customer service can help you with this)

2. Send the funds to someone else's PP account who will withdraw it for you (customer service can help with this too)

Can anybody advice a bank that is possible to set up a new account online and have complete access to it remotely? Maybe somebody offers such services? The point is there is no opportunity to visit the branch since I'm not a resident.
The goal is to withdraw money from paypal and then make international wire/convert to bitcoin or any other option to cash the funds.

If you DONT already have a pnc bank you should get one it is basically a online bank. Get the virtual wallet

thought about it. should it be registered by "US resident"? do they send any documents/cards or just give you online access?
