Any pros/cons to a canadian stealth account?

Never been through the paypal signup process via a canadian ISP. Just wondering if it is any different, if anyone has done it. Or if they treat the accounts any more or less suspiciously, versus a USA account. (I doubt it but never hurts to ask)

Thanks as always.

Don't know why you would do that if you live in the US.
To verify a Canadian paypal account youll need a Canadian bank account which will be a lot more difficult for an American to open.
Not worth the effort in my opinion.

I should have mentioned I won't be adding a bank account, so not worried about that. Just wondering if the "experience" is any different in Canada.

No, accounts are not treated with less scrutiny - Canadian accounts are not immune to blocking/id requests/etc
