Had friend set up eBay acct in her name; how to add new Paypal account to the auction
 

I had a friend set-up an eBay account in her name and she listed our first item so the eBay account is currently linked to her ("In good standing") Paypal account. I am now taking over the account but need to set-up a stealth Paypal account and add it to the listings while going undetected. Obviously my currently opened bank accounts will not match the name and address she provided when opening the account. How do I do this??

Really you need to look at just getting both a new eBay and a new PayPal

Leave your friend account alone...

Open your own stealth account (read the forum and get the stealth guide for help).

You will be back selling in a few days and you are not getting your friend into troubles.

Bank account is not a big issue... get the guide.

Get the guide! It will help a lot. A lot of this is explained in the guide, but you're risking your friends PP account from being suspended. Learn from my mistakes, just don't do it.

You can put in another paypal in the payment method, but unfortunately if the auction is already running, it won't allow you to change the paypal on that particular auction. If it is in pretty far advance (way before the auction ends) possibly. I only list 3 day auction and it doesn't allow me to change it if the auction has already started. However you can "End" the item listed and relist it using the new paypal you have added. :) Hope that helps.

IMHO The only time its bad news to use a friend or family is if they already have an established and aged account and they are unaware of Paypal's totalitarian ways of suspending EVERYONES account that has any related info to yours. Sounds to me like they are just two stealth partners, one being able to still show her face. Quite an advantage, and you gotta take as many as you can get.
