180 Day Wait Over - Still Having Issues - Help Please?
 

Hello guys first post here. I would greatly appreciate any help. My paypal account got suspended and funds held for 180 days. Now the wait is over and paypal sent me an automatic email saying I can now withdraw funds.

However, I do not have the bank account/phone that's linked to the paypal account and paypal will not let me add a new bank to withdraw to without confirming the phone number (which I no longer have access to)

I called paypal and failed the public database test (the account is stealth) and the representative asked me to upload my driver's license and utility bill to confirm identity...and she said she would "check back" over the next few hours for my upload.

Any advice would be really appreciated before I do anything. Thanks so much.

Do you have a separate user account that has kept the cookies for the limited account? If not, try that method. I've found that building up the cookies for a few days then trying to add a bank account will help.

That is one one of doing it I have done this and worked

yup, create cookies over a few days. browse around and log in and out etc... over a few days

You can ask her to allow you to send funds to a friends PP account. I did this once before and it worked..
