I am currently using the vumber app on my ebay and paypal, but I keep getting a message that the number isn't registered under that name. Just wondering if anyone has a solution to that issue. Thanks

is the issue just with paypal?

you have to use the original number used when creating the account

When are you getting this message? what exactly are you trying to get done when they prompt you for this verification?

I never have issues and do not have the original numbers but keep hearing about everyone having these problems.

I get the message right when I login to paypal. It just comes up and won't let me pass. Yes, I have the original numbers on the account. Trust me, I'm pretty well schooled by now on making it around all the barriers, but this is one I just can't figure out.

yes, only paypal. My ebay is totally fine and running smoothly.

I was actually going in just to check my balance etc. nothing strange or abnormal, then they hit me with that screen. I've heard of other people getting it as well, I just haven't ever had that happen in any of my accounts, so I was wondering if there were any solutions.

Never heard of anyone getting it like that when simply logging in. Were you using a new device? Or perhaps a new IP address?

No, same IP and same computer. I've done a lot of research concerning the issue, and most say to wait 24 hours and log back in and the request will go away, but not to keep logging in over and over because it can cause limitations. Grrr
