Hello everyone , what can I do in this situation?

We recently noticed an issue with your account. To see what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Center.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jul 13, 2015: When you signed up for your PayPal account, you agreed to our User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. Because some of your recent transactions violated this policy, we've had to permanently limit your account.

Please remove any references to PayPal from your website.

You'll be able to withdraw any money in your account 180 days after your last transaction. We'll email you when it's ready to be withdrawn.

May 30, 2015: You need to update your profile with your tax reporting information.

This limitation cannot be appealed.

This limitation cannot be appealed. This is the bad part.

the seperate tax update thing, doubt it matters either way, but you can try updating it...

Looks like this account got the kiss of death. You can try to call in and reverse the decision, but most likely won't help. I'd just move on to the next account.
