SSN, DOB etc
 

Hi everyone! I am a new one here and need your help of course. My ebay account was suspended, i tried to make another one but they linked it very quickly. So now I try to do my best. I create a new ebay account and paypal as well. My old pp account working good but I am afraid they can share info and link it again. So I gave bank info to my new pp account and now I am waiting for confirmation.
So MY QUESTIONS are:
once I get verified will they ask my DOB, SSN and so on?
For what i need to be prepaid else?
Could they know under which name is my new phone number?
