Letter of credit from your bank although usually that's used for larger orders, International bank transfer, Western Union.

All of those are risky though, I wouldn't be using them if I had never used the supplier and had great trust.

If you haven't used them before, make multiple small orders. It may slow your business down but you know you are getting what you paid for.

Yes, im going with Callidus.

Send payment multiple times, maybe Paypal is poping error message because of a large amount?

Send smaller amounts to the supplier, and if you doing business with him first time be carefull.

Yes it usually is that with the error message. Leave it 24 hours and try a lower amount. If you haven't sent many payments before from that PayPal keep it under £150.

Open more PayPal's and send payments from multiple accounts.

ok ill try that then but i have a quick question, whats the best way of paying through paypal because if i put money onto entropay its huge fees, can i pay from my debit card through the account?

Re: Sending money to supplier

Nope debit card won't add as it wont pass the AVS check. Only can use debit card if the PayPal is your REAL PayPal.

Upload to Entropay, its a cost of doing business.

Bank transfer to Entropay will save you 1% on the card fees.
