Email from Paypal with FALSE info

Hello everybody. 13/07 I have withdraw some money from my stealth PP to my bank.
After few hours I got email from Paypal that transaction is complete - usually I got money on my bank acc after 2 days.
Today I check my bank acc - no money
Then I have checked my PP - transaction is still pending.
Anybody can explain me what is going on?

I think its some sort of a glitch, maybe try to wait little longer , no need to panic eh? :)

Can sometimes take the full 72 hours.. I have had that email before sometimes alomost instantly after a withdrawal request

Local bank - not mBank or WBK, before this situation there was no problems with withdrawing
