"We are sorry,but we can't send your payment right now"
 

Hi,
i'm fighting with this error with some of my stealth accounts. When i try to send a payment, pay an invoice, pay for requested money and also try to pay trought ebay, system give me this error : "We are sorry,but we can't send your payment right now"

I don't know if is a cookies event, or security measure take from Paypal, but is very very sad thing.

I'm trying to send funds for those accs, not pay trought CC.

If you have any experience about, will be nice.

Don't send money between PayPal accounts, that would raise flags with them. If you are buying from other sellers on eBay you probably need a buyers account as well that is separate from your sellers account.

You get this on newer stealths if you are trying to send money over a certain amount either via friends/family or trying to pay an invoice.

PPs are not new, they are very aged accs..
Maybe they needs of their cookies.
The only certain things is that you are not free with PP!!

You are exposing your accounts to a high risk.
Why don't you jus attach a gift card with funds on it and use that money?

I need to learn how to safely transfer funds, form an account to another. It is the same thing that happen when you buy something from a person that you don't know.
