Is paying chinese suppliers by paypal safe?

Any heads up, advice?

Don't send by gift/personal if you haven't known whichever supplier for a long time

It depends. If your PayPal is attached to an active eBay account that you are currently selling on, and the supplier is known to sell counterfeits, that COULD create a problem. If your supplier sells only legitimate items, then you are probably OK.

I am just mentioning this because PayPal DOES have a problem with some Chinese suppliers who sell phakes. I lost an account that way once. I had no idea he was selling that type of thing, I thought the items were real. Boy, was I GREEN back then!

Agreed. Spend the extra and use WU if they are a trusted supplier

Use paypal to buy from suppliers but if its a china supplier i would look for another way like BJ said.
