New temproarily by passed 21 day hold!!!
So this is what happened with my account. I received a payment for 250 as a gift. Used it fine. Then I received a payment for 250 as goods and services. The money went into my pending balance but then I get a follow up email saying this. Gyazo - 9ca9637528cc079016f3f687854b58a5.png
Basically I bypass the 21 day hold for up to 1000$. Does anyone know of this? |

Looks like Paypal is trying to trick stealthers to reveal their identity which is impossible. This only applies to first timers who sign up with Paypal with their legit info. |

Interesting. I just did a brand new stealth got a payment then got the hold. Right after I got the same email you did. Their automated system called me and got the hold lifted. This was on a business account. |

They don't hold 'gifts' or 'send to friends or family' transfers.
They only hold payments for products or services transacted on EB.
I don't have any holds on payments via Etsy, Bonanza, etc. |

I've never seen a hold on an off EB transaction.
Just went back and double checked. 45 day old PP attached to an Etsy account, 27 transactions, no holds.
The 'gifts and family' transfers can get you in trouble, though, if you do it a lot. |

I know I am new here, but I am far from "New" if you know what I mean.
If you do things in a certain order when creating the account, you can get the 21 day hold lifted without adding a bank account or credit card..
Its just all in the exact order you do things in.. I have created several paypals and have never had a problem getting the 21 day hold removed with only having the phone number and email address verified and always within an hour of creating the account. |

| I've honestly found that simply going through the motions with the account is a good method. I sometimes make them and leave them sit for a few days/weeks and wait for Paypal to contact me about adding a bank/card to get their "benefits" and haven't hit a snag with that yet. |
