Hi guys. Verified paypal account. Bank confirmed and VCC confirmed. Went to buy something on ebay to start establishing feedback. Went to transfer money into my paypal from my bank account but then next page asked for verification of SSN of which I of course backed out so the account doesn't get suspended. I thought the bank accounts they can't see your real name? What do you guys suggest? The paypal is fine but I'm gonna need to put some money in so I can buy some stuff to establish feedback ie so I can then get back to selling. Help!

If you USE your paypal account and you have no funds, you have to buy the item on ebay then checkout with paypal in paypal use your BANK account to fund your payment as the backup paymment. That is how you buy with a account using paypal you cant add funds just buy ****.

I went to do that and when I tried it reverted to the VCC - so that is why I had originally went to put funds in. EEEK - any other thoughts on what I can do

U have to use echeck. Or add funds with moneygram or greendot. (Not moneypak)

Buying feedback has no value and can cause issues especially if you are buying cheap items just for feedback.
My suggestion is to browse around, watch items, wait a few day to a week or more and list a safe item.
Now if you are buying something that you want or need that is different altogether.

When you go to checkout you will see the vcc as default payment method, you can change that payment method to your bank if its on the account. The default payment is apparently set to the vcc all you need is to change it when you want to pay for an item in the same interface.

Hi XX I tried that - the bank account is not an option - that's why I know something is quite not right here - you should have a credit card option, bank account option, etc. The green dot is know good because you have to use your real name - and SSN .. any other thoughts? Yes I do want to use this as a buying account too - so it would be helpful to be able to do so - I guess does Moneygram also ask for your name and SSN?

Did your bank verify the account with 2 deposits or...?
