'Unable to send your payment'
 

Newer stealth account, have a pending withdrawal and have already made a few purchases from it (which I do on all stealth accounts without issue), however, I just tried to make a recent purchase and am getting 'We are unable to send your payment right now' -- I've tried purchasing from other locations and get that everytime I checkout with PayPal. Any idea what's going on?

EDIT: Any ideas what is causing this? Is my new stealth account at risk?

EDIT2: Just tried another purchase and got: This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

Please read above -- I've tried placing order in several location (around 4 of them) now, all getting errors.

There is no card on this account, just a confirmed bank account. I'm checking out using PayPal balance.

thats why you will need an AVS to continue paying invoices or purchase

your account is flagged there is nothing that will solve it just time. At times it happens when your sending to a new account or international.

In my experience, nothing will. You'll have to keep calling and calling. Just ditch it.

I will tell you the secret. It works for me. When I want to send money to some of my real paypals I need to buy something with it from the stealth account. I don't know why that but it works a few times. Also please try to send a little payment at first time. Once I tried 70USD and that happaned. Then send 10USD and everything was ok. After that no problems.

It's a temporary block by paypal. It used to happen to me often.

Don't use or touch your account for at least 24 hours. after 24 hours. Log into account and pay. it should work. if it doesn't, you can call paypal and ask them to manually refresh your account from their end. Once they refresh. it should work Straight after the call but they cannot refresh paypal accounts more than once in a 24 hour period so if it's still blocked after the phone call then that's just bad luck and you gtg wait another 24 hours.

Lately I haven't had any problems with sending payment errors.

My method is

Receive Payment - wait 48 hours before sending money or withdrawing.
If i make a purchase - Any purchase above $50. I will make sure i wait 24 hours before making another purchase. So i usually plan/time my purchases out. Say today I made a purchase for $50 at 9am in the morning. My next purchase I will make tmrw at 11am in the morning. This method has worked for me to stop errors but the thing that sucks is you need to plan your purchases out so you don't make too much purchases in one day

Can anyone confirm this? Seems a bit odd to randomly get this block.

I don't think it will work. If you are getting it all the time, it's time to ditch it and start a new one.

I got a few hundred sitting in the account -- you're saying just abandon it? Are you saying I won't even be able to withdrawal? Is this true?

No, you should be able to withdraw it, but it also might be on a path to limitation. This has been my experience.
