PayPal "Permanently Limited" my acct. E-Check still uncleared-Can I Intercept??
Mother-Fckrz..... (Sorry, language? :-/?) Anyway, I've got 2 accounts, not been having any problem transferring between the two of them, have a paypal prepaid acct. for main which has long since been verified & in good-standing. Even just recently paid off an apparent debt they so conveniently found, on a very previous & otherwise ever since assumed dissolved account. I have two Uncleared E-Checks, scheduled by there accounts, to clear tomorrow, the 23rd... I haven't found anything yet that quite explains what happens now with/to my funds EXACTLY since my account has been permanently restricted. Also note this "restriction" has only been exclaimed in one delivery method I receive notifications in; the other only explains its temporary restrictions... Wtf? I want to cancel/reject/deny etc. this echeck payment before it clears so it won't end up in that account indefinitely & I've not seen any definitive answers either simply searching up on it Or through PayPals policy's; I've only read from them that as long as an echeck is unclear you may still intercept & reject the funds (even though they're in limbo basically, considering & even dispite the fact that your bank account has indefinitely already exhausted them...smh) So please help- what, if anything, can I do. I'm an angry bear.
