Log into old PayPal account (not suspended)?

My old PayPal account was never suspended. However it is the one linked to my suspended ebay account. I receive money there from other things I do. I've already changed my ip so I can make a new ebay and paypal account for stealth. Is it a bad to log into old PayPal on this ip?

For every PayPal, you should have separate IPs. Never log into multiple PP's on a single IP. Golden Rule.

So if I switch user accounts I an use the old PayPal account?
