Trying to send money via credit card
 

Hi I am having a problem I have a verified account which is new, I have just withdrawed £30 to my halifax saver account wich is pending. Which is the account that is verified. I also have a credit card verified..

however when I try and send money via it wont let me do anything higher than £20. I need to send £400 from my credit card to another paypal family member but it wont let me.

I called paypal up and they said that they cant see any problems or limitations on there side. They said that I should contact the credit card company..


So i done that and they are saying they have never refused any payment and it is down to paypal..


So I am totally confused???


I never made a payment before on this account. So have just sent the maximum £20 payment to see if that will allow me to send bigger payments in a few days..


Is there anything else that I am missing or need to do?

Any advice would be deeply appreaciated.

I still cant send a money to another family member via a confirmed credit card over £20

keeps on saying "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now." When try any amount over £20.

PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME
