Quick question - ok so you are booted off paypal - but you need to send someone a payment thru paypal - is there anyway to do so or the answer is no?

Have the person setup a simple PayPal Payment button for the amount you need to send them. Using an IP address not attached to your PayPal account, click the button, then click checkout as a guest and use a credit card not tied to a PayPal account.

Or if u have gobank. U can send money to any paypal address.

never heard of GoBank - just went there they too want your name, address etc - can't paypal see that too?

No. Gobank is green dot. You can open online or at walmart. You asked and that's how u can send money on paypal with an account.

You can send onetime payments like ReduxRetro stated - stealth operation
