EIN non US citizen
 

Hi Guys

I know this question has been asked but mine is a little different. So I use my stealth mostly to get rid of the stuff I cant sell on Amazon where my account is legit.
I am not a US citizen (crazy Duchman :clap:) came here on a student visa and I should be out of the country by December, maybe February next year when I may be immigrating to Canada or returning to EU.
Paypal send me a email asking for my SSN or EIN for Tax since my account is super clean. In October my year will be over but I would like to get rid of some stuff before I leave the US so I don't want the account limited etc. Do I not sell anything until the year is over because there is no way I can give tax information.

At the moment my paypal is not limited and there is just enough in to cover my ebay fees (which is how I keep it).

I do not want to go get an LLC for a short period. To expensive and I cant get anything from the IRS since I am not a citizen. Do I not sell anything until October perhaps?

Make more accounts, more bank accounts, more phone numbers.

I just thought that by the time I get another account going with good limits it will be October already and creating an account and leaving the US in December may be a waste. May never get to even use it

if you need higher limits just open more accounts.

You can open an Ebay/PP in 20 minutes and start selling on it in a few days, I don't see the problem.
