200 item limit? SNN..EIN?

Ok I am super close to the 200 limit on ebay. What will happen to me? I do not have an SSN but I can get EIN. Please let me know so I am prepared when it happens thanks!

Well you have 2 options:
1. Stop Selling
2. Convert your PayPal to Business and upload an EIN

They sent me the email at around 130 transactions. They usually send it way before 200. They haven't sent you one yet?

When you register for a EIN, do you just pay the flat fee and thats it? Lets say you send up making 30k, how would you pay taxes on that amount with a EIN?

No, I never allow any of my accounts to even reach those limits....hence why I have a lot of accounts.

You need to seek professional help from your accountant.

As for fees, every state has different rules, procedures and fees.

Each company type has a different tax structure. Some are pass through directly to you, some have there own tax rates and some have options.
