Paypal verified account with VPS in 15$
 

Hello everyone,

A month ago PayPal limited my account and asked for Photo ID verification and a few days back they closed my account.

Posting and asking help on different popular forums and suddenly one day i got a PM on one of the forum from an unknown guy that he is selling verified PayPal account and other verification stuff. The price he is asking for verified PayPal account with VPS is 15$ and the monthly cost of VPS is 5$ and so on. So i want to know whether is it possible for someone to sell a verified PayPal account in such a price with first month free VPS or it's just a scam ?

Sellers on this particular forum are all verified by the administrators of the forum.
As for the offer you received - you will need to check that with the forum in which you received the offer. Is there a seller section there? are the sellers verified? do they have a feedback system?
Look into it and do your due diligence before you throw your money away.

So the seller would be making $10 which is possible.

Seems too cheap to be true though.
