Steakth PayPal limited, withdraw funds.
 

TRying to withdraw funds after 180 days suspension. Cannot transfer to the bank on file ( Bank account closed over 6 months ago). Tried to add a new bank - message came up to verify my identity via phone since logged in from a different IP. Phone number has been changed too, so they cant call me and I cant update a new phone number info on a limited account. Question: how to withdraw funds if computer wont let me because of a different IP? Also, incase if I go to an old IP, the only way is if they send a check in a different name- how to deposit to a bank?

Hate to say this but you're out of luck... the fact that you've changed your phone number and swapped IP's was your first mistake. Closing your bank account was another big mistake. You may not be able to at this point.

Call them and say you have closed the account and changed your number and ask them how they will resolve this issue for you - its not inrealistic that yuo would do that stealth or no stealth

the will most likely want the OP to pass identity questions which the OP will fail on a stealth account.

OP eve if your bank account was still opened, because you changed IP they would want to call the number on the paypal account anyway.
