Paypal login problem?

Is anyone having problem logging in to Paypal lately. They ask for phone verification every time and to contact customers support.

Might just be a glitch.
If it persists it would seem that calling paypal would be your only option - nothing to lose at that point.
Did you get any email about this situation?
