PayPal holding funds past release date!
 

On eBay my order says funds availability 08/05/2015 and on PayPal it says 08/14/2015. I'm currently on a 21 day hold but I'm supposed to be getting my funds released sooner for adding a tracking code that shows the package has been received. What the hell is anyone else having this problem?

Happens sometimes.
No matter what it is 3 days after proof of delivery. Sometimes it is 21 days.

These dates are not set in stone. Usually the funds are released 3 days after tracking shows the item has been delivered.
IN some cases though there can be a possible glitch and the money will be held for the full 21 days.
Not much you can do about it unfortunately.

You can call to release money. I usually do that when PayPal is glitchy. It's written that they must release 3 days after delivery. When you call you tell them it's been 3 days since delivery and they will release.

This happens to all of us, I currently have about 3% of funds still held up 5 days after delivery in my main selling account.

This has happened to me on one of my paypal accounts i think paypal is getting uptight

According to my past experience with PayPal it can actually take up to a month.

Well, you have to wait. Sometimes they hold the money for no reason, and you should be patient. It may take several days extra for PP to release them.
