sending money from paypal app

I've been trying to send money using my paypal app and it keeps telling me "We're having trouble accessing this information." So I went online to paypal to transfer the money and it gives me a message saying, "requiring additional information," but it doesn't tell me what they want. Grrrr. Anyone else have this prob?

Most all of us NEVER use the apps. They are dangerous.

Is your paypal verified ?
You can't send big amount of money if you have not a verified account.

Before, we could send any amount of money via the apps, but paypal has corrected it :tears:
