VCC/VBA for Paypal (anonymous)

Hi,

I have a VCC and VBA (works with any billing address/name) from a polish bank and want to verify Paypal with it. My question is, what VPN/Proxy works with Paypal so that I won't have to use my real IP and have them link this account to my other one?

I will need some sort of private sock5 or VPN with polish IP to create the account and use it without them knowing it's a VPN.

Anyone know of such service?

I need an alternative for Payoneer to link to my PayPal account for withdrawal. I can not pay myself with 2Checkout, they want too much information.
