I am trying to pay my supplier, did pay him several times over the past month already with the same paypal account. Now each time I try to pay (invoice, personal payment or paying for goods) I get an error "You can not make this transaction right now" (or similar)
Did try different amounts from $1oo to $500. Contacted Paypal and got this message Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. I am happy to assist you further.
Our record shows that you're unable to send the $xx.xx USD payment because it's blocked by our internal security*system.
To help you resolve this, I made some adjustment to have this fixed, we recommend that you restart your computer, clear cache and cookies on your web browser and try the transaction again after 30 minutes to an hour.
As an option you can ask the seller to send you an invoice, add money to your PayPal account or change the payment method for your payment.
What does it mean? Do I need to start to panic :shocked:
Btw did follow them and cleared browsing data and rebooted. Did not try to pay anyone else other than the supplier.
Did pay the supplier with success with other paypal accounts.
