Thanks for all the input guys. It seems like the problem is indeed on Vanilla's end, not Paypal's. Hopefully they fix the issue quickly so we can go back to using their "convenient" cards. For now, just use others so you don't burn good Vanillas by inputting them in Paypal's system only to be hit with a rejection message. Try using one again only after the issue is fixed at Vanilla. Thanks to everyone for helping all of us get to the bottom of this :clap:
