| Well, regardless, there is no doubt they are having issues. All of these systems, be it at eBay, PayPal, Amazon, Walmart or Bloomingdales are so complicated, it is a small miracle that they normally operate with no downtime.
My PC has over 2 million files on the "C" drive, I can just imagine how many files PayPal has, across all their servers.
So, the bottom line is, we do not yet know if Vanilla still works or not. I'm guessing this is all related to the glitch. Sometimes, one thing starts going wrong with a server and then it starts snowballing.
On the test account I tried to create when I saw this thread, PayPal never sent me an email, even though I specifically requested one to confirm my email. I also tried to verify my phone number. I didn't get a text until more than 45 minutes had passed.
So, everybody calm down, we will know soon enough about Vanilla and even if they ARE banned, there are other cards that will work.
Stealth is not dead. It has gotten a bit more complicated and expensive over the years, but it is not dead. |
