Typically you should go slow, I would recommend not withdrawing more than $350. So if you withdraw today, wait till the funds hit your bank before doing the next one and so forth until your Paypal account gets use to you withdrawing larger amounts and withdrawing more frequently.

Not more than 500 usd in one transaction. And leave some money to pay the fees.

There really isnt a set number on withdraw but most people say within the 300-600 range. I like to withdraw by percent of 20% for the 1st few times.
