Any Debit Cards in Hong Kong or China
 

Hello I next week will arrive to Hong Kong)))
I want to open Bank Accounts there , but really not sure which one is useful for the PP name mismatching.
If some body knows which banks are providing Debit cards in Hong Kong pls help with information.
If have also suggestions for the better ways pls also tell me how to do.
In China I see no choice to get Debit card. If some body knows other I want to.
