We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now- What Should I do
 
Made this account under a different name and IP address
when i first made it it was fine and could send payments but over the past 48hrs i keep getting this error message when trying to buy something

What should i do i need to buy something today i tried waiting another 24hrs but same error message

Should i ring up paypal using skype and vpn and ask them or is there a solution to this

Always seems to happen on brand new accounts if you try and send money over £100-150. Eventually you will be able to do 1 payment of around that amount but then you will get the message that you're experiencing. I let the accounts age and go from there in the end.

I the account only had £50 in there i spent £13 and i am only trying to send £10 how long should i wait is it wise to ring up paypal and ask hem what the problem is

I had this issue with my account as well. I called them and I was told by customer supports, that this is caused by one of paypal's security checks. You will need to call them and have them restore the account. Or wait few days , it should work fine then.
