I try send couple payment but paypal said to me we cant send payment right now?

How to resolve this problems?

Hard to say with no history or informations on your account.

Could be a glitch or maybe your funds are not yet available... would you share some more infos?

when you first receive money into your paypal account and try to use the 'send money' button, paypal sometimes put a soft limit on your paypal account which blocks you from sending the money.

It is put in place to protect paypal but usually goes away within 72 hours.

I received money 2 days ago.
My paypal is full verified .
All funds is no pending balance,
I was called to costumer support they all fine wait 1 one hours and try send money but not work?
costumer services said to me this automatic paypal security system bla bla bla.
you think after 72 hours all work fine?

yes normally after 72 hours it works.

This error happense to prevent money from leaving your account too fast. Something in their system triggered this. Get a better source of IP.

You need to verify your account.From experience I know that If you verify your account, that will resolve your issue.

Incorrect it happens on verified accounts too.

It's no glitch, it just means they don't trust you, maybe you had a recent issue on the account.

Try a lower amount, if that doesn't work then as bunneh says,try the next day,as bunneh says usually gone within 72 hrs

Verification is def not the problem. It is lack of transaction history, i just tried buying an item for $1500.00 and security system was blocking the transaction action.

The paypal account is 6 months old and verified but it doesn't have history.

Thats the key it appears..


Does anyone know of a paypal account supplier that comes with history?

I understand it will come with premium prices but it would be worth it.

you are completley wrong so pease dont comment if you know your self that you are just spewing sh*t.

It is not due to the fact that you dont have transaction history, i have a account with over 700 transactions total worth 5,000 approx. and i get this error. its usually a mixture of the amount you are sending, who you are sending to, if you have sent this amount before, a whole load of difficult reasons.

Oh so paypal wont even allow you to purchase items your self?

Not spewing ****, thats what ive been told by some members and paypal their damn selves.

99.9% of the Account Sellers on the forum sell fresh never used PayPals but you can always ask them directly instead of asking on the open forum which brings out scammers left and right.
