Paypal outright stole my money?.
 

I had $150 in the account. Got 2 returna which made them hold 650 They took from the 150 already in the account but my ballance says negative$190 Nnd 650 held. That doesnt make any sense. Shouldnt it be 650 held and 0 ballance? Its in the negative for $190 meaning i now owe them $190 when i actually dont. Am i missing aomthing?. .

Basically they took $650 from $150 and somehow now its actual total is -$840. Its more than if there was no money in the account....

Pending is 650 and negative is $190. No additional cases

So what is the issue?
Im lost.

PENDING because it is not yet available.

NEGATIVE because you refunded $190.00

So when the pending becomes non pending you will be POSITIVE $460.00

Unless I am missing something...This is a simple math equation.
