 VCC vs AVS for paypal/ebay?
Virtual Credit Card vs Address Verification System - which is advised for paypal? I noticed that the AVS is more expensive, but I don't remember needing to verify my address on paypal the last time I used it so is it a commonly needed thing for low volume, low risk USA ebay sellers? Can one always get an AVS after using VCC if one needs it, and is it one of those things a low volume, low risk ebay seller rarely needs?
Not sure if I should get an AVS for 10 different users as the extra cost adds up.
