Paypal asking for Phone Verification to send
 

I need Help paypal is asking to verify my identity by phone whenever i want to buy using paypal, It is saying it does not recognize the device I had this account since march

It is not allowing me to send money either

I was thinking to add a new phone or should i just rest it for few days, I dont have that number anymore.

Your best option is to send documents (bank statement of the bank that is attached + government ID). There is a very slim chance of you getting it done over the phone.

You could try calling and asking them to initiate a transfer to your bank account on their end but the chances are very slim. You must have a good argument such as you are having a technical difficulty doing a withdrawal but then again I have done it and many times they request documents

Are you keeping cookies stored on the device or are you using a browser that blocks them?

That could be potential issues that could cause it.

Also, try waiting a day or two to try sending again.

I was able to send money now. but it is not to do purchanses i did added another number it says it does not match my name, I think the issues my be the cookies
