How can you change address? Doesn't Paypal verify?
 

In the Stealth guide, it goes onto to telling you to change your address and gives a couple options. I get all that..

I was always under the assumption for years that PayPal verifies the address linked to your account. Even recall seeing "Verified" next to addresses.

How does this change of address work?

The new Bank account in the US HAS TO HAVE your correct billing address. When you link that account to PayPal, doesn't it cross reference them?

The best thing to do is to open a new Account with the new Address, new name, new phone number, etc.

Paypal does not see the Name and Address of your Bank Account, All they see is the Routing/Account Number you provide them.
