I don't know where to start
 

Hello,
I really don't know what I shall be looking for, so I'll just tell you my situation and hope for an answer which will point me in the correct direction.

I would like to withdraw my PayPal balance to my bank account, but I don't want to directly add my bank to my PayPal account. I'm basically looking for a way to withdraw my PayPal money to some kind of online "bank" like Payoneer or something like that and from there to my local bank.

Any suggestions? I appreciate any help.

Check out cardonebanking, they provide online bank accounts.

Try to have apply for a Halifax account online if you have the UK address.

Easy to get it and then you have 13 accounts afterward once the first account was opened successfully.

If one of your PAYPAL account is limited, the linked account (saving account) can be closed online. Which means you can have .............. halifax accounts

is halifax acccount only for Uk resident or other also can create and used?

Am sure you can do it if you are not a UK resident but you have to go directly to a branch....which is located in the UK...

Halifax is only for UK residents.

Normally applying for a UK bank account from any banks, you need to have a valid UK address where you can receive your cards and PINs
