i want to upgrade my limited paypal to business account but paypal didnt let me, please anyone can help showing me how to do it? i already called paypal but it didnnt work :((

LOL That doesn't make any sense.....What do you plan to do with a Limited Business Account? Also, if you called and it didn't work.....what in this world could we do?

well, im on chexsystem and i need to change the business name to withdraw to my second chance account which require correct name

and i know there is a bug to upgrade it while paypal is limited, but i dont know how, please help me

if it's limited you cant withdraw it until 180 days or whatever. Why not just put a bank account and withdraw your money instead of trying to upgrade it?

Was it the stealth account?

Normally we can add any bank account to withdraw the money.

name does not have to match. any bank can be added to withdraw funds after 180 days

most all banks won't even care because its just a one time deposit

me too, i am pretty sure there is a bug, someone upgraded it for me while i was unable to upgrade it by myself, he is not willing to tell me how to upgrade it
