When PayPal say this....??

After reviewing your PayPal account, we’ve determined there to be excessive risk involved in doing business with you and we’d like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least disruptive to your business.

What does this normally involve. I tried to call them although no luck as they say they cannot give a reason. Any ideas what would normally put this down to?

Means theyll most likely hold on to your funds for 180 days and theres not much you can do about it...

If you don't have moneys in your PP - just build new acc. If you have it, but it is not limited - take it and run! And if moneys are already limited - wait 180 days and withdraw them.

Thats like saying you went for a night out and got thrown out of a club for no reason.
If you don't give us more detailed description of your situation, then we can only guess.
There are numerous different factors that cause this problem.

The things you sell, how many you sell, how many refunds, how many disputes, how many transaction and where. When you take the money out, how much and how often... EVERYTHING that you do with your account plays its part in the grand scheme of things.

Real example... Not a business account, selling brake pads that may or may not be up to safety standards/no name brand.

I had this happens to a few of my accounts for selling the item.

What would you suggest is the "right amount of withdrawals" are per week? Perhaps it's that?

You are missing the point.

It might be everything put together. It's about the account as a whole, everything about it and patterns.

There are obvious mistakes that wil raise flags, most of them easily avoidable and then there are patterns that raise flags and it all adds up, as a whole.

Instead of trying to find a needle in the haystack, think of it as haystack made of needles, every single one of them counts. Think of the behaviour of the account as a whole.

You need to give more details and explain your habits, otherwise we are playing the:

game
