One paypal two ebay accounts

I have two seperate paypal accounts at the moment each linked two one ebay. So at moment i have one paypal to one ebay and j have two of these. Thesr accounts are over a year old. However i have only 200 item allowance on both kf them with small sale figures like 250£.

I want to buy an ebay account that has 1000/17000 as the new items i want to sell are 280£ each can i buy a new ebay account and link it to one of my paypal accounts in that way i will have one payoal to two ebay accounts?

Suddenly adding an ebay user with completely different profile info to an existing paypal account is guaranteed limitation. Ebay needs to the have the same info on the paypal account or otherwise = FAIL.
