$5 paypal VCCs
 

Used my $4 vanilla visa with paypal, cashed out with a paypal alternative (My own paypal would be too risky), merchant fees = $1, so it ends up being a $5 paypal VCC. I can also use it with ebay, I believe?

You have to learn to read between the lines, I knew there was no such thing as $5.00 Vanilla Visa and so did the other veterans of the forum, people will always give you skewed info and it's up to you to figure out what the real truth is.

Let's call it the "lifetime costs". The cost you /really/ pay. I know it's a difficult concept for some non-business-minded-people, but if buy something for a thousand and sell it for $995, you lost only $5. In other words, it only COST you $5. Of course, you need the 'minimum investment' amount to get this price.
