PAYPAL receiving limits
 

One of my PAYPAL needs to be lifted receiving limits and I can't upload the documents.

I messaged PAYPAL and PAYPAL asked me to give PAYPAL a call and then ignore all my messages.

So how safe if I am going to give PAYPAL a call within a Dutch number?

It was a UK PAYPAL.

Call them for a private number.
To upload docs you gotta go to 'view limits' on paypal front page and you will be given a lift of your limits, click on lift limits under 'receiving limits' then follow the steps.

Dutch number has never been used before for PP?

If the number on the account is dutch and you have access go with that. If it isn't you can always spoof the number.

I can't go forward to upload my files.

No responses after clicking "Confirm your personal information" which supposed to lead to a next page where I can upload the files.

The Dutch number, new number at all.

I wouldnt be ringing from a dutch number if you claim you have a UK account, with docs showing you live in the UK.

With hold your number and phone them.

So what should I do? Any good suggestions?

Hopefully they can give you an alternative method to supply the documents.

Clear your cookies and then go to view limits. Enter stealth info and let it fail 2 times (if you have not already done that)

Should be able to upload docs. If you still cannot clear out the cookies again and then you will be able to use the upload link
