Have I lost my paypal account?
 

I received the notification that I had to supply extra details as required by EU law, however I messed up when entering the details and now they will only accept a fax with documentation of my name and address.

The problem is that my address is registered to my partner, and my name is a nickname.

Have I lost this account? is there a way around this, perhaps if I call them and explain over the phone?

its a taboo area

some will recommend calling it quits with that account and some wont.
nobody will recommend exactly how.
