PayPal - Can't add my bank account
 

Everytime I try to add my bank to my PayPal account, I get the error "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

My account is unverified, if that matters. I'm waiting for two weeks now and nothing has changed.

Does anyone experience this problem, as well?

Click withdraw money on the left, it will then take you to the old screen on PayPal where you used to enter the bank details on the old PayPal look.

Try that.

You just need to add your bank through a different link.

If callidus suggestion doesnt work. You can click on lift limits in the bottom left of the screen. It will ask you to add a bank account to lift your limits. It should work.

What country is the paypal registered in? What bank account are you trying to add?
Sounds like the bank account youre trying to add might be blacklisted.
