Pay eBay fees through PayPal

is it possible to pay my outstanding eBay fee through PayPal using "one time payment" method

will it be deducted from my bank account or from my pending PayPal balance?

Bank account if the balance is pending. You need 'available' funds in the account otherwise it will take from the bank account and they will see your real name on the bank. Not what you want.

as Cali has stated above you will need actual Paypal funds to make a one time payment without them charging your bank.

I thought eBay can only see you bank account number, and can not get your real personal info that way..

Anyway I pay all of my fees using "one time payment" once a day (assuming I have available funds in p/p account)
