updated to Business account but paypal keep asking for SSN, HELP!!
 

hi, all

Paypal was limited because no TAX info. input, so I called Paypal to upgrade to business account, now it is functioning. However, paypal keep asking for account holder's DOB and SSN, and I can't withdraw fund, can't refund customers. Anyone has such experience and any solution to this?

I know I should upgrade to Business account before they limit me, but was out for vacation and anyway, any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

update to my case.

I just tried to use the last 4 digit of EIN, it has been 2 hours and looks fine and I am able to transfer funds and refund customers now. Let's wait 24 hours to see if it is really a way out.

i also did the same i used last 4 of EIN good so far has been 3 days
